We have precise processing equipment, professional measurement machines, and different sizes of plastic injection machines. We adopt professional CAD/CAE/CAM for mold design and manufacturing process. Hot runner technology, mold flow analysis, gas assist injection, 2 shots(2K), and allowance for excessive warp solution are broadly applied in manufacturing molds for all customers.

We can design gas-in mold, insert mold, over mold, 2K mold, multi-cavity mold according to HASCO, FUTABA, DME, MISUMI mold standard to serve home and abroad customers. We could provide DFM report, mold flow report, full 3D design for each mold.
