UM Education is a guardianship company founded by Demi Zhao and Will Coles in 2018. Their desire to set up an education business was motivated by Demi’s poor experience with hosts and agents as an international student when she first came to the UK.

As such, we take a holistic view of the child focussed not only onacademics but on the overall student wellbeing. Working with schools, parents, students and host families, we craft the best possible experience for our students based on foundations of expertise, rigour and care.
