Main Responsibilities:主要职责
1. Provide technical supports to the company and the market by servicing, training and presenting solutions in wide range of bakery applications.
为公司在烘焙行业方面提供技术支持，培训和解决方案
2. Present and sell directly or together with sales team to designated bakery market and ensure set objectives are met or exceeded.
直接向指定的烘焙市场进行展示和销售，或与销售团队合作进行，确保达到或超过设定的目标
3. Perform mass presentations, trainings, demonstrations and such activities to target audiences set by the company.
面对公司设定的目标受众进行演讲、培训、示范等活动
4. Participate in related activities to assist sales team, including but not limited in exhibition, road show, foretaste and sample testing.
协助、配合和执行相关的销售活动，包括但不局限于展览会、路演、试吃、样品测试等活动
5. Constantly collect, analysis and report market information, feedback, and intelligence, constantly create and develop new ideas, concepts and application methodologies
不断地收集、分析和报告市场消息、反馈等信息，并不断创新开发新的想法，概念及应用方法。
Pre-requisites:任职要求
- Certified Chef from a recognized institution. Award winner in related field an advantage.
权威机构认证的烘焙师，在相关领域获得过奖项的优先。
- At least 2~4 years of hands-on related experiences in food service sector
2~4年以上的餐饮业相关实操工作经验
- Passionate, creative, and sensitive with latest trends in bakery market.
工作充满激情，富于创意，能敏锐察觉烘焙市场的新趋势。
- Hardworking, presentable with good mass presentation and communication skill.
工作勤奋，优秀的当众演示和沟通技巧。
- Able to travel intensively under short notice.
能接受临时通知出差。
