岗位职责: 1. 根据业务发展情况,制定、落地年度/季度/月度等教育培训计划; 2. 负责设计、落地培训项目和教育培训活动,确保会员更新率及销售达成率; 3. 负责本区域内课程开发与设计,包括但不限于新零售、产品介绍、技能传授等; 4. 负责管理本区域内课程讲授; 5. 完成领导交代的其他事项。 岗位要求: 1. 本科及以上学历; 2. 精通印地语、中文; 3. 喜爱培训行业; 4. 拥有突出的逻辑能力; 5. 优秀的表达能力。 注意:在中国天津总部培训学习3-6个月,后期,根据个人意愿和业务发展需要前往海外分公司任职 Job responsibilities: 1. Formulated and implemented annual/quarterly/monthly education and training plans according to business development; 2. Responsible for the design, landing training programs and education training activities to ensure the membership renewal rate and sales achievement rate; 3. Responsible for course development and design in the region, including but not limited to new retail, product introduction, skill teaching, etc.; 4. Responsible for managing the teaching of courses in the region; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. Proficient in Hindi and Chinese; 3. Love the training industry; 4. Have outstanding logic ability; 5. Excellent presentation skills. PS:3-6 months of training at the headquarters in Tianjin, China.
