Job Purpose:
Support the realization of
business goals and strategies of the region through effective HR initiatives
and efficient execution of the HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Act as HRBP for south region.
Ø Understand business strategies of the region
and/or local companies and translate them into HR strategies.
Ø Identify priorities based
on the business issues of the region and/or local companies through proactive
interaction with the relevant parties.
Ø Initiate HR projects for the region and/or
local companies to realize HR strategies and/or solve business issues
identified.
Ø Lead or coordinate with the local HRs to make sure that the HR projects
are effectively and efficiently implemented.
Ø Follow up closely at the regional level to make sure that the corporate
office HR initiatives are executed at
the region and/or local
companies as per requirements.
Ø Provide
support to the local companies in HR operations if needed, such as payroll
approval and etc.
Ø Coach
local HRs to improve their professional competencies.
Ø Provide
consultation to local management to improve their talent management sense.
Ø Other
tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
l At least bachelor degree from an accredited
university.
l At least 5 years of successful HR business
partner experience.
l Skills and abilities in coaching, influencing
and facilitation.
l Good at presentation and communication.
l Good at process development.
l Strong interpersonal skills.
l Strong business acumen.
l Strategic and analytic thinking skills.
l Strong in synergizing resources and
cooperating with all relevant parties.
l Excellent in English.
l Good knowledge of Chinese labor law
l High mobility.
