Responsibilities:
Collect, follow, understand and maintain the understanding of ESG on CxFy and CmHn market conditions and customer requirement.
Providing sales team with necessary product information to support the sales negotiation.
Working with sales teams to engage customers and understand customers’ needs.
Support to manage products supply chain and local inventory through sales analysis and volume forecast.
Identify and specify supply chain options. Work with procurement and quality to ensure stable supply of critical raw materials for products. Including targeting customer-specific opportunities, expanding capacity, and building supply chains.
Coordinating with sourcing and quality departments to resolve quality issues
Working together with Sourcing, Quality, Operations, and Sales, develop strategies for product families & product versioning to increase market penetration.
Provide product pricing guidance. Develop pricing, cost, and profitability roadmaps for these products.
As business developer, support sales force to manage the product portfolio to specific customers, develop more
opportunities.
Provide market expertise in support of customer presentations. Train sales force in terms of product knowledge
Other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualifications
BS degree or above;
Minimum 3 years sales or product management experience in ESG business;
Good ability of self-learning;
Ability to work as a member of a team to accomplish tasks;
Willing to travel;
Good interpersonal skills;
Good command of oral and written English.
