Logistics Specialist
Basic Function and Scope: Provides and controls different tasks and duties and provides logistics service to the head quarter and field camp offices. Directs and carries out various activities related to the logistics and Materials.
Tasks and Duties:
a. Provide various transportation services to all company’s Departments.
b. Coordinates cargo transportation.
c. Management of transportation services contract with the contractors.
d. Establish a shipment status tracking table, make update regularly, and send weekly the shipment status report to all divisions or departments focal person of company.
e. Management of annual budget for Customs clearance and transportation services.
f. Coordinates all the transportation contractors to complete transportation services according to company requirements.
g. Make Material transportation Requests and Payment Request for invoices in Logistic and process for signature.
