- Able to reasonably apply, standardize customized development in projects based on product software architecture

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
- Understand the basic knowledge of Web front-end development, and know object-oriented programming (OOP) and basic design patterns;
了解web前端开发的基础知识，会面向对象程序设计（OOP）与基本的设计模式；
- Familiar with the framework development process based on. NET and. NET Core, familiar with and master a high-level development language, and have a certain practical basis;
熟悉基于.net，.net Core的框架开发过程，熟悉并掌握一门高级开发语言，并且有一定的实践基础；
- Solid computer theory foundation and system analysis ability, such as computer theory, computer network, software engineering, data structure and algorithm, database theory;
扎实的计算机理论基础和系统分析能力，例如计算机原理，计算机网络，软件工程，数据结构与算法，数据库等理论；
- Experience with course designer based on micro service, Docker, K8S is preferred;
有过基于微服务、Docker、k8s的课程设计者优先；
- Good communication skills, logical thinking ability, willing to fast learn new knowledge and work under time pressure
良好的沟通能力，逻辑思维能力，愿意快速学习新知识，并能承担项目执行的时间压力
- 2+ years core team member in discrete industry projects, over 4 million RMB IT project experience is preferred.
2年以上离散行业项目核心团队成员经验，具有400万元以上IT项目经验优先。
- Familiar with the implementation methods and process of MOM/MES and other information projects, familiar with the operation of OTD, PSE and PLM value chains, with rich project management skills.
熟悉MOM/MES等信息化项目实施方法及流程，熟悉OTD，PLM和PSE价值链的运营，具备丰富的项目管理技能。
- MES project business architecture design ability, MES product application experience is preferred
具备MES项目业务架构设计能力、MES产品应用经验者优先。
- Good communication skill and ability to work under pressure, strong solution presentation ability and customer service awareness
具备良好的沟通和抗压能力，具备较强方案讲解能力和客户服务意识
- Ability to identify and control project risks, make reasonable project plans and respond to changes in project requirements
- 具备项目风险识别和控制能力，能制定合理的项目计划和应对项目需求变更

具备MES项目落地经验，IT和MES开发背景更加重要，大于项目管理；英语听说读写具备；
出差频率：50%，地点不定，会有差旅补贴
