I.Position Summary
The incumbent is to provide general administration support and facilitate communication in the Medical and Health
Service Department.

II.Job Responsibilities
1.Provide assistance and support to testing projects handling, including project management, progress tracking etc. (50%)
为测试项目的执行提供支持和协助,包括项目管理、进度跟踪等。
2.Keep professional attitude towards all customers and colleagues. (20%)
对客户及同事保持专业的态度。
3.Act as MHS customer service offering to the client after sales service and provide related follow-up. (15%)
作为MHS部门的客户服务的提供者,为客户提供售后服务并进行相关的跟进。
4.Handle lab related system and documentation work. (e.g. Printing, Scanning, Typing, Retrieving, Updating, Storing etc.) (10%)
处理实验室相关的系统和文件工作。(例如打印、扫描、打字、检索、更新、存储等)
5.Other supports for AMPT operation. (5%)
支持AMPT其他的工作。
III.Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in business or administrative management /English/Germany is preferred.
本科及以上学历,商务管理/行政管理专业/英语/德语优先。
2.3-5 years similar working experience in foreign company is preferred.
3~5年外企工作经验优先。
3.Excellent organizational and communication skills.
良好的组织和沟通技能。
4.Considerate, diligent, customer-oriented and able to work independently and under pressure.
周到、勤奋、以客户为导向,能够在压力下独立工作。
5.Excellent in written and oral English & Chinese; familiar with Office software.
良好的中英文听说读写能力;熟悉办公软件。
