Job Summary
This position is responsible for performing project management.
Job Responsibilities
Manage projects (60%)
1.Manage projects, including audit scheduling, iCert quotation, audit registration etc.;
2.Coordinate local sales, auditors and other regions for project implementation;
3.Collect customer feedback; handle customer complaint;
4.Maintain customer relationship and enhance customer satisfaction;
Support operation (40%)
5.Support the daily operation of certification, monitor and utilize internal certification process;
6.Monitor payment collection process KPI, DSO, AR & Bad debt;
7.Support auditor qualification maintenance;
8.Ensure compliance to CNCA requirements via CCAA & CNCA reporting work;
9.Perform other duties assigned by section manager & department manager.
Job Requirements
1.College degree or above;
2.Minimum 2 years working experience relating to project management;
3.Good English skills, especially for oral and writing & Good computer skills;
4.Strong organizational and communication skills;
5.Careful, patient and reliable working behavior;
6.Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
7.Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure;
8.Physical condition allows normal working and business trip as required.
