 Review jobs on the floor efficiently, questions from staff, issues, etc.
 Assess equipment and tools for condition, proper fixturing and possible upgrades.
 Review processes for optimized workflow, reduces opportunities for mistakes and best practices.
 Identify opportunities for in-process quality control and produce necessary gauges, documentation and/or visual cues to help staff succeed.
 Evaluate employees in various departments to ensure they are successful in producing the best product possible, at an acceptance rate, while maintaining the equipment.
 Maintains BOMs and Routers in Engineering
 Engage outside vendors for new tooling, fixturing and upgrades.
 Improve manufacturing processes and procedures; develop documentation for training.
 Identify and develop process and equipment needed to produce specific products, parts and components.
 Determine and document proper use of all equipment

Position Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field

 Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures.

 Metal-forming/Fabrication background helpful.

 Must be able to follow establishes safety practices, including the use of all Personal Protective Equipment required.

 Experience in TS/ISO environments; 5S and lean environments preferred

 Proficient in SolidWorks, CAM software and Microsoft Office applications.

 Must be bi-lingual English/Mandarin

 Ability to Travel between plants in China and occasionally to USA
