主要职责和任务 Main Responsibilities and Tasks
1.为销售团队和销售渠道开发新的应用/解决方案Enable sales team and sales
channel to develop new applications/ solutions
2.管理支持关键行业的项目Managing support projects
for key industry segment
3.为专有客户提供一体化解决方案Processing of
appropriate solution support packages for dedicated customers
4.收集市场/客户反馈,并将其纳入产品定义Collect
market/customer feedback and deliver this into the product definition
5.在新产品开发过程中与产品经理和研发部门密切合作Close
cooperation with PM and R&D during the development of new product
6.解决问题确定应用问题的根本原因Trouble shooting to
identify the root cause of application problems
7.处理客户请求,确定解决方案或方法,如有必要,还可进行内部上报Processing
customer request, identify solutions or workarounds and, if needed, internal
escalation
8.协调与客户/经销商的技术沟通Coordinate technical
communication with customer/distributor
9.向客户提供技术演示和售前支持Technical presentations
and pre-sales support at the customer
基本要求 Basic Requirements
相关技术专业的学士学位(电气工程,电气自动化,通信工程等)Bachelor degree in technical field (preferred electrical
engineering, electrical automation, communications engineering and etc.,)
流利的英语书写及口语能力
Fluent in written and spoken English
8年以上管理高科技产品的经验
8+ years managing high technology products,
8年以上直接销售团队合作经验
8+ years direct working experience with/within sales team in
commercial environment
有能力清楚描述市场产品需求
Ability to write clear market product requirements
出差频率大于60%
Travel frequency more than 60%
