1、负责与客户进行技术交流，根据客户/合作伙伴的需求，出具项目可行性分析报告。
Responsible for technical communication with customer, and issuing project feasibility report according to the needs of customers / partners

2、负责整合合作伙伴和公司内部相关资源，组织搭建修井管理和作业团队。
Responsible for integrating partners and internal resources, organizing and building workover management and operation team.

3、负责组织设备方案（选购或维修）。对项目的成本、时间、人员进行全方位把控。
Responsible for Workover rig procurement and maintance. Project management of time, cost and personnel.

4、熟悉并有能力贯彻国际化专业修井管理体系，以达到或超出中东区域西方公司的管理要求及国际惯例。 Familiar with and able to implement international professional workover management system, meet or exceed requirement of European countries or international usual practice.

任职资格：
1、钻井工程、石油工程、机械工程等相关专业
Drilling engineering,Petroleum Engineering,Mechanical Engineering or other related majors
2、大学本科及以上，英语6级及以上或者雅思7.0以上，托福105分以上，BEC中级以上，IWCF，IADC证书 Bachelor degree or above, CET-6 or above, IELTS 7.0 or above, TOEFL 105 or above, BEC Vantage or above, iwcf, IADC certificate
3、10年以上中东地区钻修井项目整体管理工作经验，丰富的钻修井平台作业或管理经验，主要油服公司3年以上钻修井项目经理工作经验。
More than 10 years of overall management experience in drilling and workover projects in the Middle East, rich experience in drilling and workover platform operation or management, more than 3 years of drilling and workover project manager experience in major oil service companies.
4、工作地点：伊拉克
