岗位职责：
• Break down and finish department yearly planning and target, （Efficiency Quality Scrap and others）
• 分解并完成部门年度计划及目标
• Operator planning in the area of responsibility
• 责任区域内人员规划
• Lead the team to coordinate internal and external resources to achieve the department target
• 带领团队协调内外部资源完成部门指标
• Coordinate employees (e.g. personnel deployment planning, etc.) and machine deployments
• 协调员工（如人员部署规划等）和机器部署
• Ensure that work procedures are followed according to instructions as instructed
• 确保按照指示执行工作程序
• Control compliance with safety, health and environmental protection regulations
• 控制安全、健康和环境保护法规的遵守情况
• Assist in optimization work processes and suggest improvements
• 协助优化工作流程并提出改进建议
• Maintain training documents (e.g. in the qualification matrix, etc.) in coordination with disciplinary superiors
• 与上级纪检部门协调，维护培训文件（如资格汇总表等
• Determine the causes of disruptions as well as creating/ passing on a malfunction descriptions, as initiating measures (e.g. solve of difficult disruptions, etc.)
• 确定故障原因，创建/传递故障描述，作为启动措施（如解决棘手的故障等）。
• Enter data into relevant systems
