职位描述
Lead the continuous improvement initiatives for the Tenneco NACA business unit.
Lead all sites through the elimination of non-value added activities while improving operational excellence to achieve “cost leadership”.
Work with the global team to develop, standardize and implement TBS core competencies CI & Visual management.
Develop, standardize and implement, with Global CI, the Focused Factory operation model.
Responsible for the establishment of an operational excellence culture at all sites with an emphasis on sustainable development.
Work effectively in a matrix organization across multiple regions and functions to leverage and align resources to successfully fulfill Tenneco objectives.
Ensures a CI organization is in place throughout the network to ensure effective utilization of facilities, people, equipment and resources.
Assures compliance with Tenneco corporate governance, appropriate laws, and regulations.
Education/ Certification :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Engineering
MBA preferred
Work Experience :
15+ years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean, and/or Manufacturing Operations.
Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification required.
Must have extensive understanding of cycle time reduction, waste reduction, yield improvement, productivity and throughput improvement.
Advanced problem solving capabilities, attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
Hands-on experience using Continuous Improvement methods and tools (LEAN, TPM, Six Sigma, TQM, Kaizen, Standard Work, 8D, A3, etc.).
Project management experience and proven leadership skills to coach and lead teams to fully deliver chartered objectives and projects.
Be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills in planning and organizing to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Proven leadership skills - capability to lead organizational change management across multiple sites, regions, and customers globally.
Experience in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain with significant complexity. Proficiency in multi-plant operations
