• Cooperate with technicians to complete tooling and engineering change related work

• Provide on-site technical support to production to ensure that equipment problems can be solved within a given time

• Assist in monitoring and technical support of equipment for product quality to ensure the effective improvement of product quality

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Evaluate and verify the preventive maintenance cycle and task list according to Maintenance Principles

• Fulfill the tooling work according to tooling management procedure and rules
根据工具管理流程和规范履行相应的任务
• Execute and fulfill new tooling purchasing according to new purchasing procedure
按照采购流程实施并执行新工具的采购
• Standardize and create working instruction
创建并标准化工作指导
• Set, identify and execute the yearly improvement plan
设立，识别并执行年度改进计划
• Execute and follow the company safety policies
执行并遵守公司的安全原则
• Involve the new project quotation of toolings
参与新项目工具的报价
• Involve and assist customer complaint solving about tooling
参与并协助解决由工具引起的客户抱怨
• Monitor Tooling relevant validation& calibrate work and modify procedures booklets
监控工具相关的验证和效验工作，并修改相应的流程手册
• Monitor, involve and assist the tooling preventive maintenance implementation

• Coach and confirm tooling trouble to be solved effectively

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor or above
本科以上学历
• Major are Mechanical and Electrical engineering related; Electrician certificate must
机械电子相关专业；具有电工证
• Good at Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing in English. Passed CET4
具备英语的听说读写能力，通过了英语四级考试
• Work under pressure and could work on three shifts occasionally
能够在高压下工作
• Excellent team player; Good communication and coordination skills; Sense of responsibility and careful attentive; Good problem analysis and solving skills
