We have multiple system analyst positions (Senior SA, SA and Junior SA) in a large-scale multi-year multi-phase Government systems integration project, across all phases of SDLC.
The project involves different technologies such as big data, AI & LLM, RPA etc
Depending on the position, the appointed candidate will be responsible for one or many of the following areas :
Key liaison with users in requirements, testing and systems implementation details
Manage on-shore and off-shore software package sub-contractors and/or development team
Testing, documentation, user training, various project documentation
Implementation details planning
Coaching developers, application deployment
Be part of the ongoing maintenance team
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum 6 years relevant IT experience with 2 years in BA or SA role
Solid experience in one of more of the followings
Business analyst role and scrum team
Software development (Java, JavaScript, Springboot, MySQL, Micro Services)
Familiar with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
QA & testing
Participate in project last for more than 1 year and 10 member project team, in preferably in a team/sub-team leader role
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at end user and management level
Small team leading experience
Able to work independently, and be a good team player
Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua and English
Government project experience will be an added advantage
