Duties and Responsibilities:

• Henyi is a high-tech enterprise specializing in manufacturing and selling the Valves, Process Filter, and Rehabilitation Medical Equipment
• 外销产品：阀门、铸件、工艺过滤器 及医疗器械
• Take responsibility for personal annual marketing and sales strategy/plan.
• 目标计划订制:按照公司提出的年度销售计划，制定个人年度，季度销售目标。
• Customer acquisition via Alibaba, e-commerce website, google and social media.
• 通过公司现有的阿里巴巴国际站及官网Google、社媒等搜索开发客户获取商机
• Network build, maintain relationship with clients and prospects
创建客户网络，跟进并维护
• Follow up with Real-time production progress of orders closely and close the deals effectively
跟踪订单实时生产进度并有效完成订单
• Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables.
• 监测并确保客户应收账款及时支付
• Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
对目标市场产品/价格/趋势/政策进行市场调查，对客户和竞争对手做背景调查
• Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies
• 发现市场潜在的机会和危机
• Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis to identify high potential clients and brands.
• 通过使用数据和统计分析来识别高潜力客户和品牌，协助制定业务战略。
• Responsible for receptionist duties
• 客户接待工作。
• protect the company's confidential information
• 维护公司机密信息不外漏。
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company
• 公司及上级安排的其他工作任务


Qualifications and Experience：
任职要求
• 2+ years experience in foreign trade business including business development, operation, documentary collection and etc.
• 2年以上外贸业务经验（开发、运营、跟单等）
• Ability in research and recommend new market opportunities
• 具备一定自主寻找客户、开发客户能力
• Familiar with foreign trade terms, export process and legal regulations
• 熟悉外贸术语、出口流程及法律条规
• Knowledge of trading management
• 具备贸易管理知识
• Ability in English language including Listen, reading and writing.
• 英语听说读写能力
• High-level of comfort with English cold calling
• 具备较高的英文cold calling能力
• Required Bachelor's degree（or above）
• 大学本科及以上学历
• Knowledge of MS Office software
• 熟练使用日常办公软件
• Strictly follow the Company relevent requirement and ordinance
