岗位职责**Job Responsibilities:**

1. 参与制定和完善公司的质量管理体系和流程，确保项目和产品符合质量标准和客户要求，有效降低质量事故的发生。

Participate in the development and improvement of the
company’s quality management systems and processes to ensure projects and
products meet quality standards and customer requirements, effectively reducing
quality incidents.

2. 准确地记录和跟踪发现的问题，与研发团队紧密合作，推动问题的及时解决。

Accurately record and track identified issues, work closely
with the R&D team to ensure timely resolution.

3. 对检测结果进行分析和总结，为产品的优化和改进提供有价值的建议。

Analyze and summarize test results, providing valuable
suggestions for product optimization and improvement.

4. 协助建立和维护质量保证的相关文档和产品质量体系，为团队提供必要的支持和培训。

Assist in establishing and maintaining quality
assurance-related documentation and product quality systems, providing
necessary support and training to the team.

任职要求Qualifications:

1. 本科及以上学历，机械、电子、化工、材料等相关专业。

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics,
Chemical, Materials, or related fields.

2. 拥有3年以上的
QA 工作经验，熟悉质量体系、流程控制

Over 3 years of experience in QA, familiar with quality
systems and process control.

3. 熟练掌握至少一种质量检验方式。

Proficient in at least one quality inspection method.

4. 具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，逻辑思维清晰。

Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, clear
logical thinking.

5. 具有较强的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够承受一定的工作压力。

Strong team collaboration and communication skills, able to
work under pressure.
