Minimum Qualifications 基本资质条件

l Minimum Bachelor degree with major in engineering disciplines, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering;

工程类本科学历，机械工程或自动化工程专业优先；

l experience in automotive environment. Master degree and/or experience on vehicle drivetrain system such as transmission, transfer case, PTU, and axle system are definitely a plus;

企业行业工作经验，硕士学历或者在汽车驱动系统方面，如：变速器，分动箱，取力器和驱动桥系统等方面有相关经验的优先；

l Knowledge of and prior work experience with design, development, and test mechanical products;

具有机械产品从设计, 样品研制及试验验证的知识及工作经历；

l Minimum English Level 4, Must be able to communicate（verbal and writing） effectively using English。 Preferably English Level 6. Knowing both English and German language is a plus.;

英语水平最低4级，能够有效的使用英语进行口语和书面交流。六级水平者和/或懂德语者优先考虑。；

l CAD modeling proficiency in method of Catia V5/Enovia V6, NX 8.0/9.0, CREO, other CAD software also to be considered;

熟练使用CAD软件CATIA V5/Enovia V6, NX 8.0/9.0, CREO, 其他绘图软件也可以考虑；

l Familiar with drawing standards；
熟悉2D图纸的制图规范 ；

l Familiar with GD&T knowledge and the tolerance stack-up for components, assemblies and systems ；；
熟悉公差知识，并能够针对零部件和组件系统进行公差和尺寸链计算；

l Knowledge and Capabilities on material, heat treatment, manufacturing，processing and assembly；

具备材料,热处理，制造,工艺和装配的的相关的背景知识和专业技能；

l Basic knowledge and capability on conventional calculation, FEA and NVH simulation;
具备经典计算，有限元和NVH分析的基本知识和能力；

l Critical thinker that pays attention to details, high level of analytical ability on root cause and activities on corrective action when deal with problems that unusual and difficult;

具备相应的能力与分析方法以应对对非常见的问题及困难问题，能够进行深入分析、判断并提供纠正手段；

l Overseas and domestic travel to be expected from time to time. Willing to spend several months either in North America or in Europe for extensive vehicle drivetrain training;

能够适应长期海外和国内出差，并且能够在北美或者欧洲接受数月的汽车驱动方面的外部培训；

l Knowledge and great interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external people, must enjoy working with others and occasionally mentor/train others;

具备出色的人际关系处理技巧，能够有效并享受与他人合作，必要时指导/ 培训他人；

l Able to left and carry reasonable amount of weight of prototype and production parts;

能够携带合理数量和重量的样件或零部件的体能；

l Familiar with Engineering Process, Design for Manufacturing, Design for Assembly and Six Sigma Techniques, DFMEA, PFMEA, VA/VE, QFD, DOE, Continuous Improvement Techniques;

熟悉设计过程、设计制造，组装设计和六西格玛，同时也了解DFMEA、PFMEA、VA/VE、QFD、DOE和持续改进等工具和方法；

l Responsible for solid modeling and drawings, include but not limit on raw part, manufacture detail and assembly, establishing of new designs and layouts;

负责3D建模和CAD制图，包括但不限于毛坯图，细节图和组装图，创作新的设计和总成方案；

l Verification layout and design by methods include but not limit on tolerance stack up， clearance checks，and conventional calculation ;

利用相关手段验证设计有效性，包含但不限于 尺寸链，间隙检查和经典计算；

l Cooperating with related departments, continuously review and optimization on design according to CAE verification and testing result;

与其他部门合作，针对CAE验证和实验结果，对设计进行持续不断的评估和改进；

l Preparation of prototype/volume-production/homologation documentation according to project process;

按项目进展要求，准备样件、批量生产和批准量产等相关文件；

l Involved in creating DFMEA and DVP;
参与DFMEA及DVP的制定。

l Preparation of testing orders, protocols, etc.; handling and analyzing of test reports, problem reports, memos, product performance specifications, correspondence, etc;

准备测试需求和相关协议等，对测试报告、问题报告和产品性能进行分析并给出建议和回复；

l Volume-production support and execution of design deviation and engineering changes;

支持批量生产，执行相应的偏差申请和工程更改；

l Taking part in project teams (SE team);

参与整个项目团队；

l Clarification of technical issues with suppliers;

和供应商明确相关的技术事项；

l Attending of training courses;

参加相关的培训课程；

l Participate in customer and/or supplier discussions to carry out technical review on project level and other communication;

与客户/供应商沟通进行项目相关的技术评审以及其他相关讨论；

l Other temporary works that assigned by supervisor and/or manager.

其他由主管和/或经理指派的临时性工作;

l Remain in compliance with IATF and QS policies and procedures;

遵守和执行IATF等质量管理体系的相关政策和工作程序；

l Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all Health, Safety and housekeeping rules and regulations. 根据健康，安全和工厂的规整制度，确保所有的工作功能遵守安全和健康的习惯。

l Participate in hazard identification and environmental factor analysis.参与部门内危险源识别和环境因素分析。

l Comply with the designated IATF16949 responsibilities, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Health and Safety and company rules and guidelines. 遵守 IATF16949 、EMS 和职业健康安全规定、公司规定和指导方针。

l Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure. 接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知危害沟通控制程序，并按体系要求执行

l Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook. 遵守安全工作环境标准，和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则。
