Reports to: Manager

Location: Wanda CBD, Panyu District Guangzhou


1. Key Accountabilities

Carry out all routine and non-routine report writing and information analysis with minimum supervision to ensure smooth operation.

Research information regarding target companies on-line

Write and translate Reports

Administer and run Database

Issue Certificates and Documents

Maintain Evidence Collection System

Maintain Sample Registration System

Complete special/contingency project assigned by management team if necessary

Communication

Communicate quality information to operation as appropriate

Coordinate with other colleague and provide support to drive and ensure implementation of customer satisfaction activities.

Act as contact Point for Customs Liaison when needed.


2. Experience & Expertise (Typical educational qualification& experience)

a. Educational background
4 years of College graduated in English or equivalent discipline.

b. Experience (years and nature)

Requires minimum 3+ years of working experience.

Excellent Communication Skills in Chinese and English

Excellent Computer Skills

Good analytical & coordination skill,

Strong online search skill;

Open mindedness and willing to learn/teach and show initiatives for self-improvement.

Good team player
