岗位职责: 1. 负责维护客户合作关系,做好各项服务工作,包括但不限于协助客户办理投保、理赔、保全等手续; Responsible for developing strong relationship with customers and providing various service work, including but not limited to assisting customers in renewal, claim 2. 处理客户投诉,及时解决纠纷,维护公司形象; Handle customer complaints, resolve disputes in a timely manner, and maintain the company's image; 3. 建立维护客户或经纪公司合作关系,推进合作业务进程;Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with clients or brokers, and promote the progress of cooperative business; 4. 积极开展职域业务,挖掘客户需求,开发和积累客户资源;Actively carry out worksite business, explore customer needs, develop and accumulate customer resources; 5. 完成公司及部门交办的其他工作。 Complete other tasks assigned by the company and department. 具体要求: 1. 本科及以上学历Bachelor degree or above; 2. 具有3年以上工作经验 With 3 years or above of working experience; 3. 具有良好的抗压能力,较强的沟通协调能力,善于团队合作;Has good stress resistance, strong communication and coordination skills, and is good at teamwork; 4. 英语听说读写良好,英语可作为工作语言。Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and English can be used as the working language; 5. 熟练使用计算机办公软件 Proficient in using MS Office software; 6. 开朗、温和、谦虚、谨慎 Optimistic, Gentle, Humble, and Cautious.
