Job Description:
- To supervise and guide a team of NPI engineers to meet company objectives.
- To provide yield and process optimization improvement.
- To ensure new product meets customers specifications and on time delivery.
- New material evaluation and qualification.
- New Product and Process development.
- To resolve all issues encountered during sample run prior to production.
- To liaise with other sites on transfer products.
- Know and comply with EHS instructions policies.
Job Requirement:- Bachelor's degree, major in Chemistry and electronics
- Min. 8 years related experience in PCB manufacturing
- Good English reading and writing, with ISO9001, DOE background
- Ability to solve complex problems; strong planning and implementation capability
- Strategic thinking, ability to build and integrate different work teams
- Good team management ability, strong motivation, communication, coordination, team leadership
