岗位职责:Job Responsibilities
1. 总经理重要会议的组织与管理,并跟进落实会议内容;
Organize and manage GM's important meetings, and follow up the implementation;
2. 协助总经理助理计划、组织、协调、安排重大商务、事务活动;
Assist GM assistant to plan, organize, coordinate and arrange major business activities;
3. 协助总经理助理处理外部公共关系(政府、重要客户等);
Assist GM assistant to handle external public relations (government, KA);
4. 协助总经理助理安排总经理日常行程;
Assist GM assistant in daily schedule of GM;
5. 完成其他临时交办的任务。
Other tasks assigned.
任职资格:Job Requirements
1. 本科及以上学历,多种专业背景优先;
Bachelor or above, multiple professional backgrounds is preferred;
2. 能接受国内外出差,德语流利;
Willing to travel both at home and abroad, Fluent in German;
3. 具备优秀的沟通、协调、组织能力;
Strong communication, coordination and organization skills;
4. 具备优秀的执行能力;
Strong executive capacity;
5.具备主动求变的意识。
