设备操作维修/保养安装/调试CNC法兰克精雕
岗位职责:
岗位职责
1、进行生产 5S 管理与改善，营造良好的生产环境，提高生产效率和产品质量。
Conduct production 5S management and improvement to create a good production environment and improve production efficiency and product quality.
2、熟悉新代、维宏、精雕、法兰克等系统，负责基础的操作与调试工作，保障生产设备数控系统的正常运行，确保生产过程顺利进行。
Be familiar with Syntec, Weihong, JDSoft, FANUC and other systems, and be responsible for basic operation and debugging work to ensure the normal operation of the CNC system of production equipment and the smooth progress of the production process.
3、熟练掌握生产设备日常维修、调试、保养及改善技能，对设备进行全方位管理，减少设备故障停机时间，延长设备使用寿命，提高设备综合效率。
Skillfully master the daily maintenance, debugging, maintenance and improvement skills of production equipment, conduct comprehensive management of equipment, reduce equipment downtime due to failure, extend the service life of equipment, and improve the comprehensive efficiency of equipment.
4、深入了解塑胶眼镜工艺模夹具结构，开展调试、维护与管理工作，保证模夹具的精度和可靠性，确保产品生产符合工艺要求。
Thoroughly understand the structure of plastic eyewear process molds and fixtures, carry out debugging, maintenance and management work to ensure the accuracy and reliability of molds and fixtures and ensure that product production meets process requirements.
5、负责安全生产监督、培训、管理与改善工作，制定并执行安全生产制度和操作规程，组织安全培训和演练，及时排查和整改安全隐患，预防安全事故发生。
Be responsible for safety production supervision, training, management and improvement work, formulate and implement safety production systems and operating procedures, organize safety training and drills, timely identify and rectify potential safety hazards, and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.
任职要求:
任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，CNC 数控或机电专业优先考虑，具备扎实的专业知识基础。
College degree or above, major in CNC numerical control or mechanical and electrical is preferred, with a solid professional knowledge foundation.
2、具有 CNC 设备及模夹具维修、维护、调试经验，熟悉生产设备的运作和维护流程。
With experience in CNC equipment and mold fixture repair, maintenance and debugging, familiar with the operation and maintenance process of production equipment.
3、能够熟练运用基础办公软件，如 Word、Excel 等，便于进行数据处理、报告撰写等工作。
Able to proficiently use basic office software such as Word and Excel to facilitate data processing, report writing and other work.
4、有一定电工基础，拥有低压电工操作证者优先录用，具备应对电气相关问题的能力。
Have a certain electrical foundation, and those with a low-voltage electrician operation certificate are preferred, with the ability to handle electrical related problems.
5、具备良好的团队协作精神、问题解决能力、学习能力和责任心，能够适应生产现场工作环境和工作压力，积极主动地完成各项工作任务，并不断追求工作的优化和改进。
Possess good team spirit, problem-solving ability, learning ability and sense of responsibility, be able to adapt to the production site work environment and work pressure, actively complete various tasks, and constantly pursue work optimization and improvement.
