Job Responsibilities:

1. Project evaluation: evaluate the project strategy and prepare the service proposal based on client`s request and scientific judgement.

2. Work collaboratively with commercial team and production team to ensure projects can be finished in time.

3. Project management: Coordinate all teams to facilitate the research work, and provide regular feedback/update to client for any project progress/trouble shooting, especially for key accounts.

4. Improvement of service platform: Have a deep understanding of the market needs and competitors. Work closely with other teams to optimize and upgrade our service package and platform technology to improve service competences and customer satisfaction.

5. Deliver any other tasks related to project management assigned by team leader.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree or above, biology related majors; previous commercial experience or antibody development related experience is preferred.

2. Strong customer service awareness, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability, strong execution ability.

3. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience.

4. Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.

5. Capacity to manage high stress situations.

6. Excellent language skill in both Chinese and English.
