Position: Instrument Product Manager Location: Nanjing/China Report to: Marketing Director Role Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Instrument Product Manager to join our team at the CN site. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our instrument products, from market research and product launch to promotion and lifecycle management. This role will involve close collaboration with commercial, production, and R&D teams to ensure the successful market entry and adoption of our products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy and Launch: Develop and execute product strategies, including market entry plans and pricing strategies. Review and approve documents for new product launches. 2. Promotional Content Creation: Develop and create compelling content for promotional materials such as web pages, flyers, email promotions, and advertisements to effectively communicate product value propositions. 3. Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive intelligence analysis to identify new technology trends, application use cases, and potential product improvements. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and production teams to drive the development and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with market needs and technical feasibility. 5. Customer Feedback Integration: Collaborate with sales, product managers, and marketing managers to gather and integrate customer feedback, driving continuous product improvement and innovation. Qualifications: 1. Educational Requirement: Master's degree or higher in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field. 2. Technical Expertise: Practical experience with plasmid extraction techniques, backed by a solid understanding of molecular biology and laboratory protocols. 3. Product Management Experience: A background in product management, ideally within the life sciences or biotechnology sectors, with a focus on scientific instruments. 4. Communication Proficiency: Proficient in written English, with fluent spoken English being highly desirable for effective cross-functional and global team communication. 5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to convey complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within diverse teams. 6.
