Job Description 岗位职责： 1. Responsible for welding process compliance 负责公司焊接工艺符合性相关工作 2.Responsible for customer specification identification, review and implementation 负责客户焊接规范的识别、评审以及贯彻实施 3·Responsible for welder training,welding operator and qualification management 负责焊工、焊接操作工的培训及资格认证管理工作 4. Responsible for the selection and verification of welding equipment 负责焊接设备的选型，验证 5. Responsible for welding process procedure and working instructions, effective implementation 负责焊接过程程序文件及作业指导书的编制，有效执行 6.Responsible for the development and review of WPS, PQR and related process documents, make sure it compliance to applicable standards and customer specifications 负责WPS、PQR及相关工艺文件编制和审核,确保符合相关标准及客户规范 7.Responsible for request customer approval of welding process related technical documents 负责请求客户批准焊接工艺相关技术文件 8. Responsible for welding third party Nadcap audit，customer audit and make sure the welding process is conformable 负责焊接第三方Nadcap审核、客户审核，确保焊接工艺符合 9.Continuous improving welding processes to support capability set up and capacity increase 持续改进焊接工艺，以支持能力建设和产能增加 Qualifications 任职要求： 1.a bachelor degree with welding engineer or related majors 焊接工程或相关专业本科以上学历 2.At least 3 years working experience especially related to welding 至少3年焊接相关工作经验 3 Extensive hands on experience working with welding process, especially TIG of various materials in Aerospace industry ,such as stainless steel, nickel base alloy .Familiar with Torch and Induction brazing and LBW is preferre 丰富的焊接工艺实践经验，特别是航空航天工业中各种材料的氩弧焊，如不锈钢、镍基合金等。熟悉火焰钎焊、感应钎焊、激光焊优先 4. A good understanding of AWS D17.1, CWI,IWE certificate is preferred 熟悉AWS D17.1 相关焊接标准，有CWI, IWE证书者优先 5 . Solid understanding of AS9100 QMS and experience with Nadcap audit 熟悉AS9100质量管理体系，有丰富的航空Nadcap审核经验 6.Goodoral and written English 良好的英语听说读写能力 7.Fast learning ability，Good team work spirit 学习能力强，良好的团队合作精神
