Support maintenance for more complex topics

Collaborate with other departments to identify optimizations and improvements

Remarks
• Operation of utilities is currently only done by M&E, ideally, shift leaders are also able to do this
• Should work together with IT for production-related systems
• Other departments always remain responsible for their equipment/infrastructure regardless of the ongoing activities of M&E
• Should improve our on-site contractor management
