Responsibility:
1.Responsible to coordinate the different tasks between the project team members according to project planning and project follow-up.
2. Be responsible for the project ramp-up with the timeline.
3. Audit project organization, implementation plan, project approval, project level, and project establishment and cancellation notification .
4. Track project progress (traffic light), track problem projects and focus on the progress of key projects.
5. Regularly organize relevant departments to evaluate the projects .
6. Record relevant files in project management .
7. Participate in the organization of project target setting and evaluating, be responsible for reviewing the project delivery and the rate of reaching the target, and the project performance。
8. Before mass production, monitor the progress of the projects and assess the risks, focusing on OTD performance。
9. Coordinate all the technical resource within Novem Group and local Project Engineer to solve the key problem.
10. Will be the key role to follow up and assist to solve the issues of the project within the product life cycle;

Qualification (major, skill, experience, etc.):
1. Major in Business Management or related, bachelor degree or above;
2. Proficient in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing will be must; German speaking is a strong plus;
3. Have the knowledge of project management and be proficient in its application and tools;
4. Good organizational management, communication and coordination skills;
5. Strong ability to integrate resources and be a quick learner;
6. Professionalism, teamwork and innovation;
7. Be willing to take the business travel as needed;
