YOUR TASKS:
As a motor vehicle specialist, you are responsible for the safe operation of test vehicles and ensure the high-quality processing of project tasks
You install and configure measurement technology and evaluate the recorded data after the test drives
You update the hardware and software of the test vehicles and adapt the test programs to the current state of development and customer requirements
You maintain test vehicles in a clean, safe operating condition and carry out repairs and maintenance on your own responsibility
Another focus of your work is the documentation, validation and processing of abnormalities in the test vehicles and the analysis of technical findings
In addition, you instruct the staff on site with regard to test scenarios, analysis activities and technical innovations on the vehicles
YOUR PROFILE:
You have completed training/further training as a vehicle mechatronic technician, automotive service technician/master or have completed a degree in vehicle technology, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
Your professional strengths lies in the field of vehicle electronic systems and high-voltage technology with knowledge in the area of analysis and diagnosis
Ideally, you are familiar with handling measurement and recording technology (data logger) and the use of analysis tools (e.g. CANoe )
You have two or more years of prior, professional experience on vehicle maintenance, diagnosis and repair, familiarity with the mechanical operation of all vehicle systems.
It is an attractive challenge for you to deal with new technologies and to make a contribution to ensuring that new vehicles are ready for series production
Besides your "can-do" mentality, your team spirit and your communication skills, you are a team player - you fully identify yourself fully with the diverse tasks in vehicle testing
You have a valid category B/3 (car) driver's license as the basis for acquiring a prototype driver's license
You are able to discuss and explaining complex technical topics in English (Verbally and written)
