Description:
监控来料质量。
2.Feedback raw-materials problems to supplier and verify the correction actions (8D report) in time.
及时向供应商反馈原材料问题，并验证纠正措施(8D报告)。
3.Analyze and solve problems of raw-materials in company.
分析和解决公司的原材料问题。
4.Organize process audit in supplier regularly.
定期组织对供应商的过程审核。
5.Assess the supplier’s Q-performance every month.
每月评估供应商的质量绩效。
6.Responsible for new materials try-out performance and output try-out result.
负责新材料的试制性能并输出试制结果。
7.Conducting training of inspectors related to incoming inspection and raw-materials.
对检验员进行有关进货检验和原材料的培训。
8.Establish incoming inspections, records, control plan according materials’ drawing.
根据物料图纸建立进货检验、记录和控制计划。
9.Control, monitoring, update incoming samples, color plates, documents (WI, records, Supplier’s output inspection report).
控制，监控，更新来料样品，色板，文件(WI，记录，供应商输出检验报告)。
10.Participate in new supplier’s selection and audit.
参与新供应商的选择和审核。
11.Monitor the incoming inspector daily work performance.
监督进货检验员的日常工作表现。
12.Others quality work according to QM assignment
根据质量管理部门分配的其他质量工作。
Requirements:
1、英语口语流利；
2、汽车行业同岗位工作经验一年以上。
