全白班英语EXCEL报表

I. FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for coordinating and performing operational and logistical tasks with regards to Triton Container leasing business. The position will communicate directly with dedicated customers, depots, factories, vendors, working closely with our marketing and technical teams. Good communication skills and the ability to respond/act promptly to any inquiries regarding operational matters, availability, repairs and trucking are a must.


I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Depot & factory inventory management

· Redelivery allocation and issue/manage offhire reference to customers.

· Release allocation and issue/manage booking release reference to customers.

· Coordinate with the depots to ensure smooth Gate In & Out of used containers.

· Coordinate with factories delivery of new build containers.

· Repo and trucking coordination with vendors

· Handle customer inquiries/calls/emails in daily basis.

· Solve customer complaints in timely manner.

· Liaise with Marketing Account Mgr to speed up booking pick-up.

· Work with Global Operations and Technical Team in necessary.

· Prepare operational reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis.

· Check payments and coordinate with AR on cash application.

· Process vendor invoices and pass to AP for payment.

· Other responsibilities and projects which may arise.


REQUIREMENTS:

1) Knowledge Required: -

· Bachelors or Associates degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.

· Knowledge of accounting and credit/collections process preferred.

· 0-3 years of experience as a customer service experience or collections assistant, preferably in the container leasing, shipping, or logistics industries.

· Proficient in Microsoft office and specifically basic Excel skills required.

2) Skills and Abilities Required:

· Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, high-energy level and positive attitude

· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to completion.

· Able to communicate in English in both verbal and written.

· Ability to build and maintain good customer and vendor relations.

· Willing to work overtime.
