In short, this role is Hotel Operation+ Sales & Marketing + Community Building
+Team Building rolled into one.

Essentially, you are your own boss. Imagine doing a job as if you were running
your own business, where you get to decide and be responsible for key issues
such as “who are the customers“，“how to keep them coming and loving the
product”, “what kind of team do I want to build”, and essentially, “how to
make sure the business is healthy and profitable”? This is in fact what being a
Community Manager at Stey is all about. You are so much more than a hospitality operation manager, you take care of every aspect of the business.
本质上，你为自己代言。工作时需要你自己在一些关键事情上做出决策，例如目标客户群是哪些，怎样吸引客户并让客户喜欢你的产品，你想打造什么样的团队，还有最重要的是怎么让你的项目良性运行并盈利。以上这些基本就是 Stey 社区经理需要负责的内容。你不仅只负责项目运营，还负责与项目有关的方方面面。

Here are the major responsibilities
以下是岗位主要职责
Make sure smooth, satisfying and personalized hospitality is provided to Steyers；
确保社区员工为所有客人提供顺畅、满意和个性化的接待服务；
Understand every bit of the project and handle work shifts, procurement, facilities management, safety and other related tasks in the daily operations of the community；
了解项目的每一个细节，进行排班、采购、维护、安保等社区日常运营的相关工作；
Make decisions about the balance between long-term Steyer and short-term hotel guests, price-setting, holiday packages, etc. to maximize profits;
对长租和短租客人比例、价格、优惠套餐等做出决策，实现利益最大化；
Build and keep great relationships with neighbors, government agencies, property owners and other related parties, and can respond well in case of emergency.
建立并维护和邻居、政府机构、业主等其它相关方的良好公共关系，及时处理突发事件；
Actively promote Stey to external parties whether it is an individual or a company
to attract more customers；
积极对外向个人和公司宣传来拓展客源;
Contribute to the social media posts of Stey by providing materials for Wechat,
Weibo，*********, etc.;
为 Stey 发布的社交媒体内容提供素材，如微信、微博和 ********* 等;
Plan and host various community events so that both Steyers and the staff can
have an active social life and more interactions；
策划举办各种社区活动，丰富长租客人与员工的社交体验和互动；
Develop a close rapport with long-term Steyers, this is achieved by knowing what they like and don’t like, their pet peeves, so that they feel understood and
pampered；
与长租客人建立密切的关系，了解他们的喜好，从而让长租客户感受到被理解和被尊重；

Build and train your team, so that everyone is as good, and in some areas perhaps even better than you are；
组建和培训团队成员，让他们能像你一样精通本职工作，甚至在某些方面比你更好；
Offer constructive suggestions and new ideas during daily operations if possible.
在日常运营过程中能够积极的思考，为更好的运营我们的社区欢迎提出想法和建议。

Ability to communicate in English with a lot of confidence, we value verbal
