Qualifications:

Bachelor’s

degree in engineering.

CPEng qualification (or
equivalent) highly regarded.

Experience:

At least 5 years’ experience
working as a design or reliability engineer in mining or heavy manufacturing
environment.

Previous experience in ProductQualifications:

Design, Product Development, and Project Management.

Skills and Knowledge:

High level of proficiency in
CAD including 3D modelling and 2D drafting preferably with Unigraphics NX or
similar package.

Teamcenter PLM experience.

Experience with DEM and ANSYS
FEA.

Structural calculation and
design experience to Australian Standards.

Understanding of ISO 9001
Quality Management Systems.

Ability to build relationships
and rapport with customers and team members.

Knowledge of production and
manufacturing processes and techniques.

Knowledge of health and safety
standards and compliance.

Knowledge of process
improvement techniques.

Strong written and verbal
communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and
problem-solving skills.

Fluent spoken and written
English.
