职位概述：课程顾问是潜在客户在EF最先接触的人，课程顾问通过与客户建立良好的关系，并根据客户的需求定制个性化及长期学习规划，最终负责向客户销售EF课程。

工作职责：

1、负责向新客户提供销售咨询，包括有效识别他们的需求，介绍合适的EF课程产品来满足他们的需求，并达成销售。

2、与客户建立良好、紧密的沟通，开发、建立并维护客户的关系。

3、根据客户的需求和兴趣提供相关咨询，并制定合适的学习计划。

4、针对客户不同的需求以及现状，定制个性化的课程计划，达成销售目标。

5、公司安排的其他行政或运营任务和职责。

任职资格：

1、喜欢孩子，喜欢幼儿教育事业，具有亲和力，有责任心，有耐心；

2、具备出色的沟通技能和解决问题的能力，具备良好的销售技能；具有良好的情绪和压力把控能力；

3、使命必达，高情商，富有激情；

4、能熟练使用办公软件；

5、能接受周末工作（休息日在周一到周五之间）；

6、优先考虑具有销售经验或教育行业背景的应聘者。

Course Consultant

Synopsis:

A Course Consultant is the first contact point between EF and the potential customer. The Senior Course Consultant is ultimately responsible for selling EF courses to customers by building the relations and offering the most suitable program based on customer needs and developing a long-term study plan.

You will:

Develop suitable study plan according to needs and expectations of customers, achieve sales target.

Establish good and close communication with customers, develop, establish and maintain customer relationships.

Discuss with customers about their long and mid-term plan, set right progress expectations.

According to the different needs and current situation of customers, customize the personalized curriculum plan to achieve the sales target.

Other duties and responsibilities assigned by company when needed.

You have/are:

Like children, like early childhood education, have affinity, sense of responsibility and patience;

Excellent self-learning ability.

Open minded, willing to communicate with people, good communication skill.

Good sales sense and skills.

Able to work under pressure.

Skilled in Microsoft Office.

Able to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)

Sales experience or education background is preferred.
