职位描述

岗位职责:

Senior Manager, CAO is a key member of the Global Wholesale Transformation & Performance (WT&P) team who will provide support to onshore global, regional and country teams on strategic initiatives, governance, people engagement, management information / insights, and cost / service performance oversight. The role holder will work closely with colleagues within the CAO construct, the CIB COO team (globally, regionally and locally), Digital Business Services (DBS) and Global Functions.

1.To provide consistent support and implement responsibilities as part of the Global WT&P team under the Guangzhou WT&P team construct.
2.Deliver frontline business management support to AMH CMB, engaging directly with senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors and Directors.
3.To plan and execute strategies for people development, staff engagement, business performance review, and communications.
4.Analyze and identify common processes across CMB, GB, Investment Banking, and other global regions.
5.To support, coordinate, and implement strategic initiatives that are often of a complex, strategic, and cross-functional nature to rationalize or create efficiencies across WCOO.
6.To manage FTE by tracking scorecard performance, monitoring recruitment approvals and due diligence review of requests, job catalogue, high-risk role governance, business framework review, org chart preparation and maintenance, and training coordination.
7.To support key governance forums for Global WCOO/CMB/GB, prepare governance packs for senior management, and track and execute actions arising from governance forums.
9.To support the execution of WCOO strategic initiatives such as organization design, cost/service performance review, staff engagement/development, customer propositions, and business performance review.
10.To implement special projects and WCOO initiatives as required.
11.Strategy planning, execution, and orchestration.
12.Ensure strategic objectives are translated into initiatives and brought into reality, working with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate mechanisms for key measurements and monitoring to ensure transparency and progress evaluation.
13.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure correct focus and direction for the business area across the bank.
14.In collaboration with Global Wholesale, CMB, GB and Digital Business Services (DBS) sub-functions, executing key initiatives including streamlining, simplification and service mapping, working alongside process re-engineering colleagues as required.

Knowledge:
1.Proven experience in strategic implementation, stakeholder management, support to governance forums, Excel modelling / analysis, and MIs / performance metrics.
2.Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language both verbally and in writing.
3.Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4.Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong working relationships across a globally distributed matrix environment.
5.Detail oriented with a keen sense of self-motivation.
6.Execution orientated with an ability to leverage resources available to achieve goals.
7.Collaboration and proven ability to work with various stakeholders across geographies and throughout the bank. Proven ability to influence senior management.
8.Ability to distil complex and varied information into useful, insightful and concise recommendations.
9.Well-developed analytical skills, capacity to process high volumes of complex information and synthesise key themes and issues. Able to quickly conceptualize complex projects and problem statements.
10.Strong understanding of the financial services landscape and development in FinTech.
