HK payroll leader 岗位职责及内容 1. Oversee, manage and coordinate the daily operations of the HR Operation team. 2. Develop and implement HR Operation strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 3. Manage the overall SLA and performance of the operation team drives high performance and continuously improve customer satisfaction, ensuring customers' current and future needs and requirements are understood and met/exceeded 4. Ensure compliance of HR operations with company policies, processes and internal controls 5. Build corporative partnerships with internal stakeholders and vendors and ensure all communications and queries are properly addressed. 6. Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff 7. Partner with the key stakeholders and the project team to enhance transformation and continuous improvement across the HR operations and processes, including defining continuous improvement action plan, 8. Handle employee grievances and manage conflict resolution in a timely and effective manner. 9. Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues. 岗位要求 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 2. 5 years’ experience as a full function HR operation with proven experiences on team management and results driven. 3. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and HRMS systems. 4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. 5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. 6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels in the group. 语言及其它技能要求 Fluent in English Experience in HR systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, SAP Proven project experience in transformation(For Sale, convince BU) and transition will be a plus 上班时间:周一至周五9:00-18:00 上班地点:广东省佛山市南海区桂城街道灯湖东路
