主要工作职责Main Responsibilities:

The school campus is a busy place. As well as a whole lot of teaching and learning going on, there are suppliers, repairs, after school clubs and other activities and users. You need to ensure that our activities fit seamlessly around these. To do so, you liaise frequently with key management within the school, negotiate with support services, plan and arrange your needs so that it all runs well.

Cooperate with academic team and partners/vendors to develop new programs.
维护学生福祉 Child Welfare

You are responsible for the welfare of the children at on campus when our activities are taking place. To achieve this, you ensure that all your staff and vendor personnel are correctly trained and monitored; you implement safeguarding processes; and you ensure that these are monitored and delivered.
质量管控 Quality Control
通过日常听课、听取供应商报告和接受客户反馈来检查日常授课质量。通过执行和控制我们的标准流程来推动它向更高水平的发展和进步。
You check the quality of course delivery at your site, by doing classroom observations, taking vendor reports, and receiving customer feedback. You also implement and control our standard operating procedures as they are released, and drive for a high level of excellence.
确保客户满意度 Customer Satisfaction

You ensure that your customers – parents and children – are happy and enthusiastic about the Pao EP experience. This is achieved by ensuring that your staff, our faculty and vendors are providing a high level of service to our customers. You get to know your customers over time, and you seek out helpful feedback to act on, be it positive or negative.
财务绩效 Financial Performance
通过促进销售并管理业务以优化你的工作绩效。EP项目核心团队将在市场营销方面进行支持。但与此同时，你仍需要自己寻找商机，包括将现场咨询转换为成功的营销。You drive top line sales and manage your business to optimize bottom line performance. In this you are substantially supported by sales and marketing in the EPSP central team. Nevertheless, you will need from time to time to pick up a sales opportunity yourself – including you and your team converting on the spot enquiries into a sale.

招聘要求Requirements:
1. 大学本科及以上学历；
2. 5年以上工作经验，具有知名零售及教育企业工作经历者优先；1-2年的管理岗位经验；有海外经历者优先；
3. 核心岗位技能：
在一所优秀的双语学校中，以客户为中心的要求下所需要达到的高标准的英语、口语和写作水平；
非常强的沟通能力和解决问题能力；
具有数字的商业敏锐度以及相匹配的财务基础知识，例如计算成本、价格、折扣；以及阅读和报告损益表；
熟练使用主流趋势下的各类办公信息软件及技术，包括视频和语音通信、消息传递和电子邮件、编写文档和使用电子表格；
4. 内驱力：
