Responsibilities:
1.Understand company's Compensation and Benefits structure, warrant an effective and well-aligned pay practice;
了解公司薪酬和福利结构,确保相关政策在印尼的落实;
2.Ensure C&B implementations are compliant to existing regulations and labor requirements;
确保薪酬福利的实施符合现有的法规和要求;
3.Accounting for employee salary, welfare and subsidies to ensure timely salary payment and data correctly;
核算职工薪酬、福利和补贴,确保薪资发放及时,数据准确;
4.Accounting for employee personal income tax and social insurance data, and keep contact with relevant banks and institutions;
核算职工个人所得税及各项社会保险数据,与相关的银行及机构保持联系;
5.Collaborate with cross-BU team to initiate ad-hoc C&B projects (if any).
跨业务部门团队合作,参与各项薪酬福利专项工作。
Requirements:
1.Minimum bachelor degree, with major in Accounting/ Actuarial/ Mathematics/ Engineering/ Human Resouce/ Computer Science/ Numerical-major is an advantage;
学士学位,会计/精算/数学/工程/人力资源/计算机科学等专业;
2.More than 3 years of professional working experience, with experience in C&B function as an advantage;
在薪酬领域具备3年或以上工作经验;
3.Prior experience in Payroll, BPJS activities is an advantage.
熟悉工资核算跟发放流程,了解BPJS相关规定;
4.High interest working with numbers, and have excellent numerical and analytical capabilities;
对数字敏感,有较强的数据处理及分析能力;
5.Excellent technical skill in operating Excel,with experience in Excel Macro,
熟练操作Excel,熟悉薪酬相关函数及宏;
6.Strong data interpretation with good attention to details;
数据处理能力强,注重细节;
7.Ability to communicate and work with stakeholders from diverse functions. Handle sensitive information with care and maturity;
擅长跨部门沟通,有职业操守(保密及处理敏感信息)
8.Keen learner who looks for professional and personal growth;
注重学习及成长,有进取心;
9.Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
有较佳的英文及印尼语交流能力。
