1、 对高端制冷系统应用行业进行调研与发展趋势分析，确定前沿性的制冷技术发展方向；旨在能为客户提供系统解决方案的服务商；

Research & Develop & Design refrigeration system solution supplier, investigate and analyze development of refrigeration industry in order to determine direction of refrigeration technology.

2、 掌握制冷系统原理，能够参与客户前端产品设计开发并最终成功开发出大客户或产品；

Be Master of refrigeration principle, able to participate refrigeration system development together with customer in Phase 1 aim in Key customer and product development;

3、深入理解业务，与公司内部研发人员持续沟通，规划并推动公司在高端客户市场的推广和应用；

Deeply understand the business, continuously communicate with the company's internal R&D personnel, plan and promote the company's promotion and application in high-tech customer market;;

4、利用已收集的客户和产品信息，及时准确的向客户提供解决方案；

Make use of technology skill to provide solution plan to customer on time;

5、引导公司技术和工艺知识产权立项、申报及相关专利保护等工作;

Lead to establish, apply of patent protection of company's technology and process intellectual property rights;

6、支持销售部门（线上及线下）的技术培训及技术推广工作;

Support technical training and promotion of Sales department (both online & offline);

7、其他支持性工作；

任职资格：

1、 本科及以上学历，制冷、热能及动力工程等相关专业；

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in refrigeration, thermal energy and power engineering.

2、 5年以上研发领域及市场开发工作经验，熟悉医疗器械、风力发电等行业产品应用；熟悉本行业研发未来趋势，掌握行业高端客户及产品需求； 有CFD,Fluent等仿真软件应用经验；

More than 5 years of experience in R&D and market development, familiar with the application of products in medical devices, wind power generation and other industries; Be familiar with the future trend of research and development in the industry, and master the needs of high-end customers and products in the industry

3、 有多家行业领军客户规划和实施经验，有直接参与客户设计研发经验或提供解决方案经验者优先；

Experience in planning and implementing leading customers in many industries, and experience in directly participating in customer design and development or providing solutions is preferred.

4、 具备国际化视野，较强的沟通能力，有较强跨团队推动能力；接受频繁出差；

Have international vision, strong communication ability, strong cross-team promotion ability and Accept frequent business trips；
