1、Degree holder with Computer Science, Engineering, or related technology discipline
2、3+ years' solid experience in application support or application development
3、Knowledge in SQL and Unix/Linux shell scripting
4、Solid know-how in supporting .NET or Java applications
5、Good knowledge in enterprise architecture, infrastructure and operation management technology
6、Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
7、Self-motivated, proactive, good team player with integrity
8、Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD process, tooling and Docker technology is definitely an advantage
9、Able to handle multiple tasks, and self-motivated
10、Reliable, intelligent, diligent and good problem-solving skills
11、AWS/Azure cloud platform exposure is a PLUS
Impact You'll Make:
1、To assist and support users during production implementation, and produce system support operation documents
2、To streamline our support operation process by scripting or collaboration with Development Team
3、To engage with global team to resolve technical issues and manage incidents until service resumes
4、To conduct incident & problem reviews, root cause analysis with the relevant parties and stakeholders
5、To participate in monitoring and maintenance of business applications, production environment and respond to exceptions according to the designated SLAs
6、To work closely with stakeholders to plan for the release windows and cycles across the platform and services
7、To support customers during User Acceptance Test
8、To stay current with system information, changes, and updates
9、To monitor production applications deployment and system maintenance
10、To support new client on-boarding, Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) drills
