一、岗位职责

1、通过分析市场趋势、客户需求和竞争动态，利用历史销售数据、库存数据等，制定短期和长期需求计划；By analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and utilizing historical sales data, inventory data, etc., to develop short-term and long-term demand plans;

2、确保库存水平合理，避免过剩或短缺,定期检查库存，及时调整采购和生产计划,提高库存周转率;Ensure that inventory levels are reasonable, avoiding excess or shortages, regularly inspect inventory, adjust purchasing and production plans in a timely manner, and improve inventory turnover rates.

3、与生产部门协作，确保生产计划与需求计划一致;Collaborate with the production department to ensure that the production plan is consistent with the demand plan;

4、与销售、市场、财务等部门协作，制定综合计划,根据市场变化和销售情况，及时调整需求计划;Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance departments to develop comprehensive plans, adjust demand plans in a timely manner according to market changes and sales conditions;

5、识别供应链中的潜在风险，如原材料短缺、物流延误等,制定应急预案，确保在突发情况下能迅速调整计划；Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as raw material shortages, logistics delays, etc., and develop contingency plans to ensure rapid adjustments to plans in the event of emergencies.

6、及时响应客户需求，确保产品供应，及时处理客户反馈，改进需求计划；Respond promptly to customer needs, ensure product supply, handle customer feedback in a timely manner, and improve demand planning;

7、完成上级主管或公司交付的其他相关工作。Complete other related tasks assigned by the superior manager or the company.

二、任职要求：

1、熟练使用ERP系统；Proficient in using ERP systems;

2、具备10年及以上计划管理相关工作经验，医疗器械同行业工作经验者优先考虑；Possessing 10 or more years of experience in planning management, priority will be given to those with experience in the medical device industry.

3、熟练使用Excel、SQL、BI工具等进行数据分析。Proficient in using Excel, SQL, BI tools, and other data analysis tools.

4、•具备一定的数据分析能力及供应链管理知识，有良好的沟通协调能力及问题解决能力，了解医疗器械行业知识。Possessing a certain level of data analysis skills and supply chain management knowledge, having good communication and coordination abilities and problem-solving skills, and understanding the medical device industry knowledge.

三、学历要求：
