岗位职责:
1. Contacting Prospects: Reach out to potential customers and engage them in conversation to understand their needs and qualify them as leads.
接触潜在客户:主动联系潜在客户并与之进行对话,以了解他们的需求并将他们定性为潜在销售线索。
2. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and assign qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
潜在客户资格评估:根据预先设定的标准对潜在客户进行评估和资格认定,并将合格的潜在客户分配给销售团队进行进一步的跟进。
3. Collaboration with Sales Team: Follow up with the sales team on the progress of assigned leads and provide support as needed.
与销售团队协作:跟进销售团队处理已分配潜在客户线索的进展情况,并根据需要提供支持。
4. Prospect Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
潜在客户跟进:定期与潜在客户保持联系,培养关系,并将他们转化为实际销售。
5. Feedback to Marketing: Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding the quality of leads generated, helping to refine and improve future lead generation efforts.
向市场团队反馈:向市场团队提供关于生成的潜在客户线索质量的反馈,帮助优化和改进未来的潜在客户开发工作。
岗位要求:
1. College degree or above. 大专及以上学历。
2. Preferably Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in Tele calling / similar role.优先考虑具有3至5年电话销售或类似经验的毕业生。
3. Good ability to understand business logic of marketing, sales and customer engagement and have a good business sense and you can easily grasp the needs of your internal customers.良好的理解市场营销、销售和客户参与的业务逻辑能力。具有良好的商业意识,能够轻松把握内部客户的需求。
4. Personal passion to find solutions from data for business challenges.对于从数据中寻找解决商业挑战的方案有个人热情。
5. Process developer mindset and active networker who also takes responsibility for deploying results - monitors and asks if nothing happens.
