2、负责公司ERP系统配置和公司内部培训,编写培训文档,确保员工正确熟练的使用系统.
Responsible
for configuring of ERP system and conducting internal training, writing
training documents, and ensuring that employees use the system correctly and
proficiently.
3、负责ERP系统运维支持工作,解决业务系统使用过程中的异常情况,提出系统的持续改进意见.
Responsible
for ERP system operation and maintenance support, resolving abnormal situations
during the use of business systems, and proposing continuous improvement
suggestions for the system.
4、负责梳理公司业务流程,优化业务流程,制定并完善公司系统相关管理制度.
Responsible
for streamlining and optimizing the operation processes and developing and
improving relevant management procedures or policies.
5、负责对接外部顾问和集团专家团队,后期根据业务需求和技术发展情况,对系统持续进行优化升级。
Responsible for
liaising with external consultants and group expert teams, and continuously
optimizing and upgrading the system based on business needs and technological
development in the later stage.
岗位要求:
SAP实施和管理经验,尤其是集团化企业项目跨ERP与外围系统集成整合的经验.Experience in SAP
implementation and management, especially in cross ERP and other internal system
integration for group enterprise projects.
2、汽车制造业工厂经验,良好的中英文沟通能力和跨文化沟通技巧.
Experience in
automotive manufacturing factories, good communication skills in both Chinese
and English, and cross-cultural communication skills.
