学科教师核心要求：

1. 对所研究的学科领域有着深刻的热爱，有跨学科研究经历者优先；

2. 本科或以上学历，硕士以上优先；

3. 2年以上国际学校教学经验；

4、能熟练使用英文作为日常工作和教学语言;

5、能承担学生导师、社团指导教师、学术指导教师、寄宿制度的支持工作等等。愿意参与学校各类重要活动，并在其中做出贡献。

6. 乐于创造以学生为中心、基于项目/问题的学习环境，愿意鼓励学生用批判性的思维来创造性的解决问题；
