职位描述
受理买卖双方在知名电商平台交易过程中出现产品质量与服务纠纷，进行协调、仲裁与处分，维护买卖双方的正当诉求与权益
二、岗位要求：
1.年满18周岁；高中、中专及以上学历,有客服工作经验的优先考虑；
2.中文打字速度在30字/分钟以上；
3.普通话标准、口齿清晰、反应敏捷、表达能力强；
三、福利待遇
1、综合薪资4K-7K，底薪 +餐补+绩效奖金多劳多得

四、工作时间：9：00—18：00，做五休二轮班轮休；
