Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for modular components and systems.
- Align procurement strategies with the organization's goals and project requirements.
- Supplier Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers of modular products.
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring performance standards are met.
- Process Optimization:
- Streamline procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices for modular procurement, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with project needs and timelines.
- Address any issues or concerns related to modular product specifications and delivery.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor procurement budgets and manage costs associated with modular products.
- Conduct cost analyses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Assess and manage risks associated with modular procurement, including supply chain disruptions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze procurement data to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and budget adherence.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in modular systems.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
5 years of experience in procurement or operation role.
Analytical abilities to assess supplier performance and procurement processes.
Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of construction and product design principles.
Fluent both in English and Chinese.
Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field such as Business Administration, Procurement or Supply Chain Management
