Responsibilities
The People Generalist reports to the People Manager and is responsible for providing on-site HR support at the Elos Tianjin site. Key responsibilities include:
• Compensation – Support payroll and attendance processes, manage social welfare and company benefits programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• HR Operations – Under the direction of the People Manager, provide world-class day-to-day HR operational support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation management, position and salary changes, contract renewals, and time-off processes.
• Data & Systems – Maintain HR system data, provide user support, generate regular HR reports, and assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to people and compensation.
• Employee Relations – Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and organize well-structured employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, team-building events, and company outings.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
• Full time Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of experience in HR related roles, with solid knowledge of HR operations.
• proven expertise in HR, Strong skills in communication, influencing others, multi-task handling, problem-solving, and risk management.
• Ability in handling challenge situations with confidence, demonstrate maturity in work, and maintain a strong passion about learning new things, could adapt to a changing environment and will to embrace changes.
• Experience in a MNC is a plus.
• Good English skills is a plus.
