岗位职责：

1.组织所负责小组所有新项目的生产投放和参与新产品的开发和管理Lead New product launch and support new projects development and management (All projects which is responsible for in the team).

2.新项目小组成员，接口，协调人Team member/interface/coordinator between Plant and CTC for CTC projects

3.协调和解决新项目投放的各种问题Coordinate and solve the Projects launching issues .

4.协调和解决新项目在投产阶段的设计开发问题Coordinate and solve the technical and design issues for SOP products

5.组织EC的分析和有效的实施 Leading EC analysis and implementation effectively

6.协调和明确新项目投产前的试验要求Coordinate and clearify Test requirements of new launch projects

7.跟踪内外部项目认可的批准以及组织AS403 过程 Follow internal and external approval for new projects and lead AS403

8.及时处理客户的反馈Deal with feedback any from customer in time

9.相关项目文档的准备Related project files preparation

10.组织跟踪样件制作交付的全过程Organize and follow whole samples building and delivery process

11.项目的客户沟通 Project communication with customer

12.3C/Emark 文件的准备(AB不涉及) 3C/Emark documents preparation（AB not application）

13.支持VEVA 的分析和执行Support VEVA analysis and implementation

14.支持项目成本的预算Support to project cost forecast

15.产品知识的培训Products knowledge training

16.PLM，QAD，ICAN 及其它产品系统的相关操作及数据分析 PLM，QAD，ICAN and other related product system operation and data analysis.

任职要求：

1.有新产品项目相关工作经验 Product/project related work experience

2.有英文听说读写沟通能力Good at English read, write, translate; can listen and speaking.

3.有良好沟通的技能和问题解决能力 Good communication skill and problem solving skill

4.有良好的项目组织能力 Good projects leading ability

5.办公室软件，AutoCAD，CATIA 基本能力 MS Office, AutoCAD, Catia is required.

6.熟悉APQP/PPAP 知识Familiar with APQP/PPAP knowledge.
